15. Why is my publishing company called 'Dont Eat Any Bugs'? Because I wanted a weird catchy name that would stick in your head. Also, I once accidentally ate a bug, and consider it to be excellent advice.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Ray Friesen has been professionally cartooning for several years. Ray just turned 21 a couple months ago. You can send him a present if'n you wanna. Ray has contributed cartoons to local papers and national publications, as well as several online sites. His books are distributed nationally, to Amazon.com, Barnes & Nobles, and other book sellers.

In Sept of 2003, Ray was nominated for the prestigious cartooning "Ignatz Award" for promising new talent. Ray's latest book is a 100 page full color humorous graphic novel entitled "YARG! and Other Stories." His work has been favorably reviewed by The American Library Association Booklist, The School Library Journal, The Los Angeles Daily News, and others.

Ray also lectures at California elementary schools, sharing his experiences and also drawing them penguins. Currently, he is poised to take over the world, one comic book at a time.
